You done yet? I've done more cutting and welding in the last two days than I think you need to do to fix your box, and it's the same 3x5 tubing.

You could have it done by the weekend...

maintenance stuff. Kinda need to beef up/alter the gear box some more. Working on that now. Then I need to hook my PC upto the ECM and tune it. My idle is like 1300  , then lastly put a new u-bolt on the drivers side.

I'd have you over but my garage is not nearly the size of my old garage, so space is kinda limited, plus the dogs will go nuts. :sorry:

Ok I guess it's time for the build thread to restart.

Tube fenders... I'm gong to re-vamp the old and come up with a new concept without the use of a tube bender.

The goal is the main tube that comes off the fire wall will have a LED mounted in the end for night wheeling

Here is a very bad mock-up.

Going to need it soon, maybe even that fancy band saw....

OK well here it goes. I clean-up the rig a bit and stripped off the fenders. Time for a remodel.
But this time the fenders are going to be something a bit different.

But here it sits now. Hopefully Monday I'll be buying some metal.

Now I was playing around with the lines before I took the fenders off.

I'm thinking the main tube off the fire wall will have an incline
